If you play a lot of poker, sooner or later you come to aquire a lot of URL’s to helpfull websites, I thought I would share three usefull sites with you, hopefully you’ll find these pretty usefull.
By far one of the best player databases online. Here you can search players on a number of sites to see how they do in Sit-N-Gos. You can see historicial graphs, their most recent tournaments, ROI, avg buy-in, and more. There are also some really good instructional videos you can “purchase” (or unlock) by some of the better online players, I’ve watched four of “Beanmo“’s videos on single table Sit-N-Gos, and they’ve been a huge help.
Are you going to Vegas, and you want to play in a tournament? Maybe it’s a small $40 buy in event, or perhaps you want to play in the big $500 event at the Venetian on Saturday?. Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a way to see a master list of every poker tournament in Las Vegas? Well that’s what this site is about. Instead of spending hours going to individual Casino websites, you can quickly see every tournament on any particular day, with buy-in amounts, player skill levels, chip levels and so on. If you’re going to Las Vegas to play in some tournaments, I highly recommend printing this guide out for the days you will be there.
Full Tilt Poker Pro Tips Archive
Full Tilt is a poker site, but on their site there’s a wealth of information from many of the big pro’s. Chris (Jesus) Ferguson, Phil Ivey, Howard Lederer, Gus Hansen, Jennifer Harman, Andy Bloch and many more. The tips are updated constantly, it’s almost like a mini blog of tips from some of the best Pros in the game. Good reading to pick up some tips here and there and improve your game.
I hope you find these sites usefull, there are many more good ones out there that I’ll be highlighting on Poker Adept from time to time.
